Keeping our customers safe
As customers continue to navigate the need to conduct business while adhering to safety protocols, we encourage you to consider our alternative banking channels as a preferred option to visiting a physical branch. During times like these, our alternative banking channels offer ease and convenience, no matter where you are and usually replace the need to visit a physical branch.
If you do need to visit any of our branches or locations, your wellbeing remains one of our highest priorities during the COVID-19 pandemic. As such, we have implemented strict cleaning and hygiene protocols in all of our branches, facilities and public spaces.
The following protocols remain in effect, and must be followed in order for us to safely serve you:
Wear a mask
A face mask or other face covering must be worn by every person visiting the Bank. You will be asked to lower the mask briefly for the cameras on entering the building.
Sanitize your hands
All persons entering our premises must sanitize their hands using the sanitizer stations provided.
Check your temperature
Temperature checks will be performed by the Security Officer at the entrance. Persons with a temperature above 99℉ (38℃) will not be allowed to enter the building.
We will always give priority service to:
– Senior citizens
– Pregnant persons
– Customers with special needs
