  • Redeem Points: You can easily redeem your points online or in store by simply using your virtual rewards card from the My Rewards app on your mobile device. Here is how to get started:
    • Download and install the “My Rewards by Visa Loyalty” mobile app from Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
    • Or go to https://go2redeem.com/ and use the email address you have linked to your Co-op Bank Visa credit card and sign up to get started. 
    • If your email address needs to be updated, please contact our Customer Contact Centre at 1 (473) 410-2273
    • Confirm your name, then create and confirm your password.
    • Accept terms and conditions to complete registration on the My Rewards app and you are all set!
    • You have the freedom to redeem your points earned anytime, anywhere – online or in store, even contactless at over 61 million merchants around the world!
    • And not having enough points to purchase that item is no problem! Just split your payment: combine points with your Co-op Bank Visa credit card or any other debit/credit card to complete your reward purchase. 
    • Note: 
      • Points are valid for three (3) years from the date of issuance.
      • Cardholders who are in default on their credit card will be blocked from having access to accumulated rewards.
      • If a credit card is blocked or cancelled, the cardholder will automatically lose any accumulated rewards.

  • Price Protection: Found a lower price for an item you purchased (same manufacturer and model)? We will refund you the difference (up to US$200) within the first 30 days after your purchase.
    • Important Note: Price protection does not apply to items purchased in sanctioned countries: Cuba, Syria, Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, or any other countries listed on OFAC.

Staycare Experiences

  • Emergency medical expenses – Up to USD $50,000 for Inpatient and Outpatient care expenses during an emergency while traveling.
  • Dental treatment – Emergency dental treatment in case of a covered accident or sudden onset of acute pain (incl. in medical limit).
  • Prescription drugs – Up to USD $250 for drugs which require prescription by a physician for treatment of a covered injury or illness.
  • Emergency medical evacuation – Up to maximum limit for emergency air and/or ground transportation expenses.
  • Repatriation of mortal remains – Up to maximum limit for protection and support to your family during difficult situations.
  • Hotel expenses due to convalescence – Up to maximum limit if you need to extend your stay due to an illness or accident, ensuring your accommodation and food expenses needs will be covered.
  • Pre-existing medical conditions – Up to USD $100 for protection in case of a medical emergency derived from a pre-existing medical condition.
  • Emergency medical treatment for pregnancy – Up to USD $100 for protection during a pregnancy medical emergency while traveling.
  • Sports and recreational expenses – Protection in case of an accident when practicing recreational sports, leisure, entertainment or physical conditioning events.
  • Return of minor children under 15 years old – When the minor child(ren) is being left unattended due to a covered person’s hospitalization.
  • Emergency medical reunion – Adult companion in case of emergency hospitalization for more than 10 days, covering expenses for round-trip air or ground transportation ticket plus accommodation and meals for up to 15 days.
  • Common carrier accidental death – Up to USD $25,000
  • Emergency political evacuation – Up to USD $25,000 for emergency political evacuation (excess of USD $1,000 per covered trip)

Flycare Experiences

  • Delayed baggage – Up to USD $200 in case your luggage was never recovered and confirmed lost or does not arrive on time at your travel destination.
  • Delayed flight – Up to USD $100 in case your international connecting flights are delayed for more than 6 hours.
  • Trip cancellation for specified reasons – In case you must cancel your trip in your country of origin for specified reasons such as terrorism and weather conditions, among others.
  • Trip cancellation for other non-specified reasons – In case you must cancel your trip in your country of origin for “any reason”.
  • Trip interruption (early return) – Travel expenses for one-way air or ground transportation ticket in case of death of your travel companion or immediate family member.
  • Trip interruption (other reasons under trip cancellation) – Travel expenses related to transportation, including ticket and accommodations of an incomplete scheduled trip.
  • International connection loss – In case you lose your international connection flight, you will be placed on another one under the same initial conditions.
  • Lost baggage – Up to USD $600 in case your luggage was never recovered and confirmed lost or does not arrive on time at your travel destination.
  • Trip cancellation by airline – Full compensation when the contracted airline cancels your flight.

Other Experiences

  • Purchase protection – Will indemnify you (up to USD $500) against theft or accidental loss or damage to goods acquired abroad with the registered Miles/Care by Novae card on file, while on the trip.
