The Bank’s Whistle-blower Policy outlines the Bank’s posture with respect to the reporting of suspected or actual misconduct and improper activities by its directors, employees or within its operations.
The Bank operates a zero-tolerance policy in relation to conflicts of interest, fraud, bribery and corruption in all its forms and other misconduct or improper activities. The Bank encourages all external stakeholders to reveal and report any fraudulent, immoral, unethical, or malicious activity or conduct, which in their opinion may cause financial or reputational or other risks to the Bank, without any fear of retaliation, subsequent discrimination and of being disadvantaged in any way.
All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality and handled in accordance with the Bank’s Whistle-blower Policy. Individuals who report concerns in good faith will not be subject to retaliation, victimisation, or adverse consequences, as a result of making a report.
Anonymous reports are accepted; however, providing contact information will assist in the conduct of a more thorough assessment.
Concerns, complaints or reports can be submitted on a confidential or anonymous basis through the Bank’s whistle-blowing hotline, which shall be monitored by the Corporate Secretary/Executive Manager, Legal, as follows: -

All reports shall be assessed objectively and investigated, where appropriate, in a timely and impartial manner, consistent with the principles of due process and good governance.
