Valid photo Identification
Minimum opening balance $50
One piece of valid photo ID is required
- National Insurance Scheme (NIS) Card
- Passport
- Driver’s license
- Voter’s identification card
- National identification card
- Any state approved identification with a photo and date of birth
Terms and Conditions
- Aggregate credits must not exceed EC $36,000 annually.
- Applicants must be a resident of an ECCU territory (Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines)
- Applicants with an account at Co-op Bank or any other bank locally and in the ECCU are not eligible
- Applicants must possess a valid government issued identification.
- Politically exposed persons, individuals with a history of financial crimes and specially designated nationals are not eligible.
- Limited to one account per person either singularly or jointly within the jurisdiction.
- Cross-border wire transfers outside the ECCU are not permitted.
- Customer must complete the standardized basic deposit account attestation.
- Customer must complete a beneficial ownership attestation and all other bank forms and agreements (e.g. online banking agreements, FATCA/CRS declaration, PEP declaration, etc.)
